Meet Wendy
I’m Wendy A. Watkins — a transformative process engineer, conflict resolutionist, spiritual teacher, trauma-informed mystic, cosmic riddlologist, and non-denominational ordained minister passionate about healing, transformation, and restoration.
My path has taken me through diverse roles as a police officer, detective, defensive tactics instructor, retired military officer, and board-certified nurse anesthesiologist.
Each experience revealed more profound truths about human conflict, healing, and embodiment.
Today, I embody these lessons through Sync With Life, my collection of transformative practices designed to restore flow and harmony in individuals, ancestry, and communities.
Rooted in Eastern and Western spiritual traditions, my work centers on helping people emerge from the anesthesia of emotional numbness and integrate the underlying emotional pain.
I guide others toward healing and transformation through my creative processes, based on science and ancient traditions, such as the Dynamic Relational Integration Process (DRIP), Restoration Mediation, and Somatic-Emotional Witnessing (SEWing). Check out the ever-powerful Subtly Weaving InterBeing Matrix (SWIM) process based on scientific principles. I co-created this process to heal the lineages. It is especially beneficial for healing stuck or cyclical patterns, including thought patterns that seem like “someone else”.
Here’s a quote by a recent client after their “SWIM” session:
“Wendy is a medicine woman. She was able to access generational dynamics that I have been aware of, but unable to work through. Since our session I have been integrating changes in my energetic field and have been able to heal some generational trauma that was handed to me that I did not know what to do with. I think we all have some sort of trauma in our lineage and Wendy was able to help me with mine. I would highly recommend her work. -J.C.”
Influenced by thought leaders and pioneers such as Otto Scharmer, Diane Heller-Poole, Stephen Porges, William Ury, Peter Levine, Linda DeHart, Ruby Gibson, Tara Brock, Jack Kornfield, Edward Lorenz, Thomas Hübl, and Gabor Maté, I support people from all faiths and paths, meeting them where they are on their journey toward greater humanity, wholeness, and belonging.
Listen up, there’s a new podcast coming in early 2025 by Wendy called “Humanity in the Making”…
